Ashton Penney, this year’s lovely and personable Miss RI Collegiate America will make an appearance at the Sunflower Soiree from 1 -4 pm. Ashton was 3rd runner up in the National competition in Orlando earlier this month. Come meet her! She will be signing autographs and answering questions about the recruitment of Rhode Island contestants for the upcoming Miss High School America pageant season. She will also be helping our bevy of character princesses with storytelling, face painting and crafts. Ashton will add her own little bit of sunshine to the Soiree. We are happy to have her on board!
